Placing an order

An order is accepted when we confirm it, on the website after payment or in writing on WhatsApp. Please check the item, the options, the delivery address and the date before you pay. You are responsible for the details you send.

We may decline an order we cannot make or deliver in time. If you have already paid, we refund that payment.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. A price can change on the site until you place the order. The price you confirm at checkout, or the price we confirm on WhatsApp, is the price for that order.

The goods

Most pieces are made, arranged or finished by hand. Colour, grain and arrangement can differ slightly from a photograph. That variation is part of the piece, not a fault.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund and return policy. Both apply to every order.

Your account

Sign-in uses the email address you give us. Do not share the one-time code. You are responsible for orders placed through your email.

Our photographs and words

Photographs, product descriptions and the design of this site belong to Raunak Luxe Royale. You may not copy them for another shop or advertisement.
