Where we deliver

We deliver within Islamabad and to addresses across Pakistan. The address on the order must be complete enough for the courier to find, and it must include a phone number that will be answered on the delivery day.

Our workshop address is B-17 Islamabad Pakistan.

When an order is sent

Handmade pieces, flowers and food are prepared for a day, not held in stock. After you place an order on the website or on WhatsApp, we confirm what can be ready and when it can arrive.

Fresh flowers and edible treats are scheduled so they reach you close to the occasion. Please tell us the date you need them when you order. If that date is not possible, we will say so before you pay.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown before you pay at checkout. For an order placed on WhatsApp, we tell you the delivery charge in the chat and wait for you to confirm before we treat the order as placed.

Delays

A courier delay, weather, a public holiday, or an incomplete address can move a delivery. We will contact you on the phone number or email from the order if we know it will be late.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If something is missing or damaged, write to raunakluxeroyale@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 302 2270000 the same day, with a photograph.
