Your details
Privacy Policy
We use the details you give us to make and deliver your order, and to reply when you write. We do not sell them.
Who we are
Raunak Luxe Royale, B-17 Islamabad Pakistan. Email raunakluxeroyale@gmail.com. Phone +92 302 2270000.
What we collect
When you order, create an account, or use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the message or order you send.
The account sign-in sends a one-time code to your email. We keep that code only long enough to check it.
Card and wallet payments are taken by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Why we use it
We use these details to prepare the order, arrange delivery, send the sign-in code, reply to your message, and keep a record of the sale.
We may contact you about the order you placed. We do not send unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
A courier receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver. The payment provider receives what it needs to take payment. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to complete the order and to meet accounting duties. Contact messages are kept so we can reply and refer back to what was asked.
To ask what we hold, or to ask us to correct it, email raunakluxeroyale@gmail.com.
